Content Accessed: If you have accessed more than 20% of the course materials, lectures, or assessments, refund eligibility is forfeited regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Certificate Programs

Non-Refundable Items
